VinylMaster Xpt comes with a powerful RIP built-in meaning that you can use all of VinylMaster's powerful design tools and features along with the program's .ai, .eps, and .pdf import features and then RIP, Print and/or Cut these out with your Large Format Printer or Printer-Cutter.

The Artwork Manager takes the selected artwork from VinylMaster and prepares it ready for the RIP Manager which in-turn processes your Print Jobs ready for your device.

The RIP Manager processes Print Jobs using its built-in RIP engine and then sends these files to a printer or printer-cutter. The RIP Manger is also used as a File (Print Job) management utility that stores processed and unprocessed Print Jobs and allows you to sort and filter these and if required arrange them into a single Job Queue using its Optimize and Nest options to then be processed as a single RIP file.

To simplify working with the many types of media and inks available for most models of printers the RIP Manager comes with a built-in Media Profile Library. This is a specialist utility that is designed to take all your media and ink combinations and their respective settings along with any related .icc and .icm profiles and creating a unique Media Profile for each set of these often complex combinations.

Powerful Design
This has the advantage of simply letting you select a relevant Media Profile for each Print Job or range of Print Jobs rather than having to set a number of complex settings each and every time you wish to RIP a Print Job, and because each Media Profile remains fully editable and reusable this means that you can create highly specialized and individualized Media Profiles for the type of artwork you print out.

Multiple Multi-Threaded Technologies
Another advantage with the RIP Manager is that you can set the number of processors (CPUs) that it can use to RIP your Print Jobs and because the RIP Manager takes full advantage of multithreading - not only can it use up to 8 CPUs at the same time but it can also execute complex instructions in parallel using multithreading - which means it's very, very fast...

RIP & Print Simultaneously
Not only is the RIP very fast it can also RIP many files at the same time and even be printing to multiple large format printers as well!

Print & Cut
The RIP Manager has been designed to let you take full advantage of Large Format Printer-Cutters. This coupled with VinylMaster's Contour Cutting tools means that you can easily design and then print and cut out decals and stickers along with any other print and cut application.

Print on One Device - Cut on Another
The RIP Manager also works directly with the Vinyl Spooler to let you easily print from one device and then cut out a contour cut line on another. This coupled with the Vinyl Spooler's Reposition Module makes it quick and easy to get perfect results and where available take advantage of your Vinyl Cutter's (Plotter's) Laser Eye.
